SelLanka WhatsApp Messaging is a development project operated by Yakoob Samath to test WhatsApp-based vehicle enquiries and automated responses.
When you message our WhatsApp test number, the integration may receive your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message content, message identifiers, timestamps, and delivery information.
Information is used to process vehicle enquiries, test automated responses, and diagnose technical problems. The current backend displays incoming message information in a local development terminal.
The integration uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Cloudflare for hosting and routing. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.
The current test backend does not save messages to an application database. Message information appears in development terminal output. Any diagnostic records retained for troubleshooting are kept only as needed for that purpose.
To request deletion of information held by this project, email ysamath@gmail.com with the subject "SelLanka data deletion" and the WhatsApp number used for testing. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Requests concerning copies held independently by service providers must be directed to those providers.
